Our Work with NHS

Affecting real change from within.

We have been lucky enough to work with the NHS since October 2021.  We have worked on a large scale equity, equality and diversity programme in maternity and neonatal services across three Trusts in Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire. 

We have ran 14 workshops using Appreciative inquiry where we coproduced a plan to involve people using maternity and neonatal services in a more meaningful and sustainable way and using strengths based approaches to improving health and wellbeing.  

This also involved visiting the Trusts including Oxfordshire to run appreciative inquiry workshops with senior managers to develop and improve maternity services for asylum seekers.  

We were commissioned in 2023 to run a scoping review with appreciative inquiry to scope what interventions had been implemented and their impact and aligning with findings about staff culture from reports such as the Ockenden report.

We have also supported NHS staff with strengths coaching and training.
