Our Work with Kuehne & Nagel

Building teams that flourish.

We have worked with KN from December 2020 to present, with them returning to us several times for repeat business.  

We conducted a policy review of all their wellbeing related HR policies with recommendations for changes. 

We also used appreciative inquiry methodology of discover, dream, design, deliver and identifying strengths and gaps in organisational processes to develop and coproduce a plan of action to improve wellbeing across the organisation. 

Actions included:

  • Coaching for mental health first aiders so that they were more connected and involved in the wider organisational wellbeing strategy.

  • Strengths coaching for senior leaders in the organisation.

  • Psychosocial risk assessment with over 300 warehousing staff running focus groups/training for those staff members so that their voice was heard about the perceived risks to wellbeing.

  • A detailed report of findings related to psychosocial risk with recommendations for leaders;  training and policy support related to HSE management standards and psychosocial risk. 

  • A project plan and implementation for reaching accreditation to ISO45003. 

    Conclusion:

    Feedback from senior leaders and teams that received strengths coaching has been extremely positive and teams have developed new practices which are improving their productivity and wellbeing.
